We are looking for a Customer Service Representative available to work up to 40 hours a week to start, between 9am
•6pm and 10am
•4pm on Saturdays. Special consideration given to candidates with prior UPS Store, Postal Annex or other similar experience.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Delivering outstanding customer services to customers Being proactive in assigned daily tasks Sorting mail and packages Processing sales and shipping transactions Learning to operate all equipment, software, and devices
•Packaging, copying, laminating, binding, key cutting, organizing, and cleaning. Strong verbal/written skills, to include spelling and math Prompt, reliable, and responsible Ability to lift and move 35lb
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years of retail customer service experience Minimum of 1 year of postal experience Some graphic design experience is a plus Must be at least 18 years Must be able to pass a background check Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Are legally able to obtain a Notary license High school diploma or GED minimum educational requirement Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be able to work on Saturdays and be on call while owners are out of town.
