The Service BD Agent will collaborate closely with Service Advisors to schedule appointments for customers to service their vehicles. They will also focus on generating new business opportunities, fostering customer relationships, and promoting service offerings to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional customer service abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of the automotive industry is a bonus •

Responsibilities:
