Job Description

Client Support Specialist - West Texas Printing Job Summary The Client Support Specialist supports customers by preparing and processing press‑ready PDF files and ensuring accurate order entry and high‑quality print production. This role focuses on artwork quality, efficiency, and professional customer communication. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Enter, research, and accurately price orders received by phone, mail, fax, and online systems. Review and resolve non‑preflighted files by identifying issues and determining solutions. Assist customers with file submission errors, preflight logs, and technical questions. Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams via phone and email. Prepare and distribute proofs for customer approval. Authorize reprints and complete documentation per pricing and production guidelines. Manage order holds, cancellations, and customer‑requested changes. Obtain, edit, and prepare artwork to meet print specifications. Verify customer copy, fonts, sizing, and artwork for print compatibility. Design and typeset layouts using Adobe InDesign according to company standards. Proofread jobs against customer‑provided copy and make necessary corrections. Maintain an organized workspace following Lean 5S standards. Perform other duties as needed to support team and production goals.
