Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer care. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide accurate information about products and services offered by Ameristar Screen & Glass. Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and issue resolution. Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions. Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with team members across multiple departments to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles. Reliable, punctual and consistent attendance. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities preferred but not required.
