Direct Hire The HT Group has an industrial fluid systems and manufacturing client in Cedar Park, TX looking for a Customer Account Specialist who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and highly organized to serve as a primary point of contact for customers, manage orders and inquiries, and provide responsive support across sales and operations.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, delivery, invoicing, and returns. Process customer quotes and orders accurately from start to finish. Assist customers with selecting product solutions that best meet their needs. Support the outside sales team through timely communication, coordination, and follow-up. Provide cross-functional support across purchasing, accounting, warehouse operations, and project administration. Address customer concerns and report complaints or errors in accordance with established quality procedures. Identify opportunities to improve processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of customer service or related experience; industrial product or instrumentation experience is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset. Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and ability to manage competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong computer and data entry skills. Ability to manage a multi-line phone system while simultaneously processing information electronically. Mechanical and mathematical aptitude preferred; technical product training will be provided.
