We are hiring a Customer Support Associate to join our team in Culver City, California. About the Role As a Customer Support Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering timely, accurate, and professional assistance across phone, email, and live chat. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving service issues, and supporting the overall success of our customer support team.
