Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously. Ability to communicate clearly and patiently with people from all walks of life. Self-motivated attitude toward meeting personal and agency goals. Previous experience with Farmers Insurance systems is a plus. Responsibilities Connect with prospective clients to understand their needs and explain how our insurance products can provide security.
