Job Overview Responsible for service on Manufactured Homes, to include minor electrical, plumbing, skirting, trim-out, minor carpentry and all things mobile home service related. Lot maintenance as well as some moving of furniture between lot model homes. Responsibilities Trim out mobile homes on the lot as well as in the field at their final location Install skirting on mobile homes Do repairs on mobile homes Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions. Communicate with customers regarding service needs, recommendations, and follow-up actions. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction. All things service related on the sales center. Skills Candidate must have proven experience in mobile home repairs. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues. A valid driver's license ids required. Applicant must have a truck, mileage is paid. Applicant must have their own tools.
