The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations within our automotive service department. Duties

• Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle service needs
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on service status
• Provide accurate and detailed estimates for repairs and maintenance services
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history
• Assist in explaining technical repair details to customers in a clear and understandable manner. Qualifications
• Previous experience in automotive service or repair industry preferred
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, brake repair, diesel engine repair, auto body repair
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with auto estimating software is advantageous
• Sales experience or automotive sales background is beneficial
