Great Pay Many benefits Outstanding Work Environment Advancement Opportunities Job Summary A Service Advisor initiates automotive services and repairs by communicating with customers to ascertain performance problems and services requested. They verify warranty and service contract coverage; develop estimates; write repair orders and maintain customer rapport and records. As a Mobile Delivery Service Advisor, you will set appointments for our mobile service van; as well as pick up and deliver vehicles to customers. Specific Job-Related Duties and Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting suggested service in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner Utilize walk around process to increase customer awareness of vehicle condition and build rapport Generate service order estimates/quotes for customers Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule Conduct post-repair follow up Resolve customer complaints Maintain value, quality, and integrity Pick up customer vehicles and delivery back to them once repaired General Company Related Duties and Responsibilities Report to work within acceptable time frames and company standards. Maintain appropriate degree of professionalism towards customers and coworkers. Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required Service Advisor experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently with limited supervision Strong Computer & Phone Skills (Internet, MS Outlook) Experience with automotive software preferred Professional appearance and work ethic Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Working Conditions The employee will work indoors and outdoors in an auto shop environment. $31,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
