Job Description
What We Do We're a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to deliver comfort and peace of mind through our plumbing solutions. The Big Task You'll be the first point of contact for our customers - providing 5-star service over the phone . You'll handle inbound and outbound calls with homeowners across our service area, listen to their needs, and convert them into book service appointments with professionalism and accuracy. Key Sub Tasks Deliver a welcoming and professional first impression on every call. Listen closely to customer needs and book the correct service type. Outbound calls to schedule member benefits. Outbound calls to offer services to existing customers. Educate customers on available products, maintenance plans, and promotions. Participate in ongoing training to build confidence and grow professionally. What You Bring A strong background in customer service (phone or face-to-face) Excellent communication and listening skills Proficiency with computers and data entry Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment A positive, team-oriented mindset Outbound call center experience is a plus!
