In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that ensures our clients receive exceptional support and service. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and technical proficiency will drive positive customer interactions, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to a welcoming office environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in customer support, office management, and communication while making a meaningful impact every day. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients via multi-line phone systems, providing courteous and professional assistance. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and prompt responsiveness. Direct sales on incoming calls and face to face interactions with potential customers. Maintain organized filing systems, update client records in QuickBooks or similar accounting software, and perform data entry tasks efficiently. Support office management activities including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and front desk duties. Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and deliver outstanding customer support.

Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and data entry. Prior experience with customer service roles, especially handling phone communication and client interaction. Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client needs effectively Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy. Ability to multitask efficiently using multi-line phone systems and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous clerical or front desk experience is highly desirable to ensure seamless office operations.
