Consistent Schedule:

Monday through Friday with every other Saturday and Sundays off. Your Schedule We offer a structured schedule with a mix of opening and closing shifts to support our Service Department and provide excellent customer coverage.

8:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Always closed! What You'll Do As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact between our customers and Service Department. You'll help customers understand their vehicle's needs, recommend appropriate services, and ensure a smooth, professional experience from check-in to delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcome customers, conduct vehicle walk-arounds, and document vehicle condition. Listen carefully to customer concerns and communicate them clearly to technicians. Explain recommended maintenance and repairs, provide accurate estimates, and present service options. Prioritize necessary repairs, document declined services, and identify future maintenance opportunities. Keep customers informed about repair progress, estimated completion times, and any changes to the original repair order. Build trust and long-term customer relationships through clear communication and follow-through. Explain vehicle features, maintenance requirements, and general operating questions. Work closely with technicians, parts personnel, and management to deliver an efficient and positive customer experience. Maintain high customer satisfaction and CSI scores while contributing to the overall success of the Service Department. Qualifications and skills:

Previous automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience. Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to listen, understand customer concerns, and explain repairs clearly. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple repair orders. Comfortable using computers, email, and dealership software. Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude. Valid driver's license and a good driving record. Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, coworkers, and management. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus! Ready to Take the Next Step?
