Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Hours:
Mon-Friday:
7AM to 1
PM Saturday:
8AM to 5PM if you are available
  • as needed basis
Duties:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check in customer orders and write up tickets
  • Retrieve customer orders upon pickup
  • Tag customer clothes
Requirements:
  • Cashier experience
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with guests from diverse backgroundd
