Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services through effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Duties Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs in a friendly manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions. Handle customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism. Process transactions efficiently using the POS system while ensuring accuracy in cash handling. Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary. Document customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store. Ensuring the store is well stocked and all items possible are available for sale. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette. Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately. Experience with cash handling procedures is a plus. Proven ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
