Job Description
We're looking for friendly, dependable agents to support toll road customers for various tolls, helping drivers with their accounts, toll payments, and general inquiries. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of customers interactions. Assist customers with billing, toll violations, and account questions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database through accurate data entry. Assist in resolving customer complaints by identifying the issue and providing appropriate solutions. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service processes. Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism during all interactions. Qualifications Previous experience in customer support is preferred Strong office skills including data entry and cash handling experience are advantageous. Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Monday through Friday Schedule Computer Literate Excellent Communication Skills Reliable Transportation Strong attendance and punctuality are required
