City and Rural Rides is accepting applications for a full-time Customer Service Representative to work at our Early Office. Normal schedule will be 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Entry level wage is $14.00 per hour, time and for over 40 hours per week, benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, retirement, sick and vacation leave, and holiday pay.

Summary:

Serve as support staff to ensure the efficient and effective operation of transit system, Customer Service Representative, and assist administration personnel with billing and reporting requirements. Deal primarily with customer service including answering of telephones, booking of trip reservations, responding to inquiries from customers, and assisting with reporting requirements regarding statistical data.
