Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs with enthusiasm. Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal flow of daily operations while accommodating client requests. Handle medical billing and collections accurately, explaining charges clearly to pet owners and processing payments securely. Maintain detailed client records, updating pet information, vaccination history, and treatment plans with precision. Assist with kennel duties when needed, including animal husbandry, feeding, cleaning, and monitoring pets' well-being. Support veterinary staff by preparing examination rooms, managing laboratory samples, and ensuring aseptic techniques are followed during procedures. Communicate effectively with clients about pet care instructions, upcoming appointments, and follow-up requirements to foster trust and satisfaction. Skills Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology and animal handling techniques to confidently assist clients and manage animals during visits. Experience with pet grooming, dog training, or animal restraint enhances your ability to handle diverse situations professionally. Ability to perform kennel duties including animal husbandry, dog handling, equine experience preferred for handling larger animals or horses. Excellent communication skills combined with a positive attitude to deliver clear information about pet care and veterinary services.

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
