$12-15/hour + $100-$200/day average commission Brightworks Car Wash is looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Service Advisor to join our team. This is a customer-facing position for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and wants the opportunity to earn additional income through sales. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience. Learn and recommend Brightworks washes, detail services, and memberships. Process transactions and membership enrollments accurately. Inspect and properly prepare vehicles before service. Ensure vehicles meet Brightworks quality standards. Assist the team with daily operations and keep the location clean and organized. Communicate customer concerns and operational needs to management. Follow all safety, quality, and company standards. What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and customer focused. Strong communication and people skills. Dependable and responsible. Comfortable talking with customers and recommending services. Attention to detail and pride in your work. Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
