Position Summary:

BillyGO is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team in Grapevine, TX, earning $20/hour while making a meaningful impact on the customer experience. As one of the first points of contact for customers, you'll guide each interaction from the initial call through completion while coordinating with technicians, dispatch, and the office team. Core Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers from initial contact through completion of their request Answer customer calls professionally and provide a friendly, positive experience Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, dispatch, and the office team Schedule and coordinate customer requests while managing multiple priorities Accurately document customer information, requests, and updates Use company computers, email, scheduling software, and other technology to manage customer interactions Communicate updates and important information to customers and internal team members Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and urgency in a high-volume environment Help ensure customer requests are handled efficiently and followed through to completion
