Our broader Box team provides established support in areas such as human resources, benefits, technology, accounting, and business operations. At Box Financial, we remain intentionally small, collaborative, and hands-on. We are building the next version of the firm around a focused group of client relationships, exceptional financial planning, and a highly efficient operating model powered by strong systems, technology, and AI.

Coordinate account openings, transfers, money movement, and beneficiary changes. Operations & Workflow Ownership Own and continuously improve recurring workflows across Planning, Operations, and Investment Management. Build and maintain SOPs, checklists, and process documentation. Identify inefficiencies and build systems that make the firm easier to operate as it grows. Technology & Systems Maintain clean, reliable data across Salesforce, Orion, eMoney, custodian, and sponsor platforms. Build and improve workflows, automations, templates, and reporting; troubleshoot issues and learn new systems quickly. Actively use AI and automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and execution. Billing, Custodians & Documentation Execute and reconcile advisory billing and maintain accurate supporting records. Coordinate custodian and sponsor paperwork, resolve service issues, and keep client documentation complete, accurate, and compliance-ready.
