The Client Engagement Specialist (CES) is responsible for providing administrative, lead, and customer support services to the client and the Onsite Management team. The CES is responsible for ensuring that associates, client, and internal team receive superior administrative, accounting, human resource, and customer service support
Essential Functions:
Provide excellent customer service to associates, clients, and internal team by addressing general administrative needs Maintain a professional work environment in alignment with current client and Aerotek culture Manage client specific and operational reports on an as needed basis or as outlined by the Statement of Work or projectscope, including daily attendance tracking and reoccurring status update reports Ensure site is set up and closed properly on daily basis, manage/review call out line messages, and follow up withassociates as needed via phone call Manage and maintain current associate roster, including starts confirmation and offboarding of associates Manage time off request documents and coordinate approval with Client Engagement Manager or Delivery Manager Manage assignment, auditing, and distribution of PPE and coordinate with site Health & Safety to ensure all requiredcertifications and associate documentation is received Follow Injury Reporting Protocol and maintain contact with the appropriate internal contacts, client, and the local medicalfacility that provides post-accident care Administer or assist with Oraltox, random drug screening, and post-injury drug screening protocols Assist in facilitating and maintaining the process for pre-employment screening to include obtaining client specificpaperwork for all associates as needed (i.e. Per Diem documentation) Timekeeping management of Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) payroll system, including badging, auditing and monitoringclock in/out, management of sign in sheets, and ensuring accuracy of project task codes Partner with CEM to align duties related to site coverage as needed if CEM is out or unavailable (PTO, etc.)

Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required 1+ years of experience with any one or a combination of the following: high volume recruiting, managing a high-volume account, or providing on-premise support to a client 1+ years of experience in a customer service Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience supporting business within the construction industry preferred Previous experience as a Project Administrator in the construction industry preferred Payroll and UKG timekeeping knowledge preferred
