Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Junior Customer Assistant and become the vital link between our organization and valued clients! Key Responsibilities Client Engagement:
Connect with customers through various channels to provide exceptional service and resolve inquiries effectively.
Account Management:
Assist in managing client accounts by processing orders, updating account information, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
CRM Tracking:
Utilize CRM systems (such as Salesforce) to track customer interactions, manage data, and support relationship-building efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to coordinate client needs, share valuable insights, and optimize service delivery.
Sales Support:
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to support ongoing sales goals.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using internal tools and CRM platforms.
Process Improvement:
Analyze customer feedback and contribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and convey information clearly.
Tech Literacy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and correspondence, plus familiarity with SaaS platforms.
CRM Experience:
Prior experience or familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a strong plus.
Teamwork:
A demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Organization:
Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail for managing accounts and processing orders.
