OVERVIEW
Onsite Call Center Representative $20.00/hr
Work Schedule:
Shifts vary based on business needs. Hours of operation are 6:00 AM-9:00 PM, Sunday-Saturday. We are seeking a Customer Care Representative who will provide exceptional support to customers of our online Financial Services client, resolving issues with professionalism and care via voice and chat. Making every customer interaction count!
RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is strictly onsite. All hires must be willing to work at 4609 Regent Blvd, Irving, TX 75063. Provide timely responses via live chat and phone. Resolve issues efficiently and with empathy, maintaining professionalism at all times. Deliver exceptional customer service with passion and dedication. Drive continuous improvements to enhance the customer experience. Keep client cases accurate, current, and organized. Maintain strict confidentiality in all interactions. Complete all required training and apply knowledge to support clients effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS
What You'll Bring:
High school diploma or GED required Must be at least 18 years of age. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Familiarity with call center software and telecommunication tools Retail or related customer service experience Good data entry/keyboard skills; 40 WPM minimum Experience with channels of support, including voice, social and/or chat.
Proficient in relevant computer applications:
internet navigation Strong Verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail Excellent time management and organizational skills Good judgment, adaptability, high stress tolerance and resilience Team-oriented mindset This position requires a background check, including fingerprinting, employment and education verification. Candidates must be willing to complete this process.
