Bring your voice. We will bring the conversation. Love talking to people? Enjoy the moment when you can turn a confusing question into a clear next step? We are looking for a Call Center Representative who brings energy, patience, and a positive attitude to every conversation. You will join a Houston team working with businesses involved in renewable energy commerce. You do not need to arrive knowing the industry inside out. What matters is that you enjoy speaking with people, listen properly, and want to get better at what you do. This is a busy, people-focused role. One call might be a straightforward question; the next might need you to check details with a colleague and follow through later. You will have a process to learn, a team to turn to, and plenty of opportunities to build your confidence on the phone.
Location:
Houston, TX Job type: Full-time, on-site
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid meal break Your day will involve: Answering incoming calls with a friendly, professional approach. Listening to what callers need, asking useful questions, and checking details before giving an answer. Sharing accurate information about routine processes and directing more detailed questions to the right team member. Making follow-up calls when someone is waiting for an update or an agreed next step. Keeping clear notes so a colleague can pick up a conversation without asking the caller to start again. Managing several requests during busy periods while giving each person your attention. You will learn how we handle calls, use our systems, and work with the wider team. As you gain experience, you can build skills in communication, problem-solving, and coordinating requests across a business. What sounds like you? You enjoy speaking with people and can make someone feel heard, even on a short call. You stay calm when the phone is busy or a caller is frustrated. You communicate clearly and feel comfortable learning a computer system. You take ownership of a follow-up rather than assuming someone else will do it. You are open to feedback and want to grow your skills. Experience in a call center is welcome, but it is not essential. Retail, hospitality, reception, or any other role where you have helped people can be a great starting point. Ready to make an impression? If you bring good energy to a team, enjoy a day with plenty of conversation, and want a full-time role where your communication skills can grow, apply with your resume . We would love to hear how you have helped someone find an answer or turned a difficult conversation around.
