Veterinary Client Service Representative Neighborhood Veterinary Centers (NVC) - La Marque is looking for a compassionate, organized, and people-focused Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. What You'll Do As a Veterinary CSR, you'll be an important part of the client experience and hospital team. You'll help clients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for from the moment they contact us through their visit and beyond.
Your responsibilities may include:
Welcome clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and genuine compassion Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to client questions Check clients in and out while maintaining accurate patient and client information Communicate clearly with clients regarding appointments, services, estimates, payments, and follow-up care Process payments and assist with invoices, deposits, and other financial transactions Coordinate communication between clients, veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and the hospital team Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Help manage the flow of a busy veterinary hospital while keeping the client experience a priority Support the medical team with administrative tasks as needed Handle difficult or emotional client situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism What We're Looking For Previous experience in veterinary medicine, veterinary reception, client service, customer service, or a medical environment preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with computers, scheduling systems, and payment processing A team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed Compassion for pets and the people who love them Someone who leads with integrity and treats clients, patients, and coworkers with kindness and respect Veterinary experience is a plus, but the right attitude, work ethic, and commitment to exceptional client service matter just as much.
