WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Provide inbound customer support. Help customers resolve technical issues. Assist in correcting billing concerns. Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include: Minimum 6 Months of Customer Service experience Empathy Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking Eagerness to learn new technologies Bilingual not required, but encouraged to apply. Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
