Customer Service Consultant

As a Technical Account Project Manager, you will serve as the primary technical liaison for key clients, managing a high-level portfolio with an Account Management approach. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between client business needs and our technical capabilities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage the full project lifecycle while navigating the complexities of the healthcare and specialty pharmaceutical landscape.

salary:

$51.71 - $51.72 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

High SchoolResponsibilities Demonstrates advanced knowledge of client and customer industry, including key competitors, terminology, technology, trends, challenges, reimbursement and government regulation; demonstrates working knowledge of how client technical offerings match with a customers' unique business needs Demonstrates knowledge of the project management initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing processes. Monitors performance and recommends scope, schedule, cost or resource adjustments Connects short-term demands to long-term implications, in alignment with the supporting business case. Prioritizes multiple tasks while meeting deadlines Communicates project status (health, forecast, issues, risks, etc.) to stakeholders in an open and honest fashion. Effectively balances competing project constraints including but not limited to scope, quality, schedule, funding, budget, resources, and risk, to manage project success. Connects project objectives to broader organizational goals. Provides input to contracts, reviews contracts to ensure completeness of scope and appropriate accountability based on role and/or responsibility.
