About Us Podium Body Works is a growing, customer-focused collision repair facility committed to providing exceptional service and high-quality repairs. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our Liberty Hill team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct them appropriately. Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service. Check customers in and out for vehicle repairs. Provide customers with repair status updates throughout the repair process. Communicate with insurance companies regarding supplements and repair approvals. Follow up on accounts receivable (AR) as needed. Take and organize before, during, and after repair photos. Maintain organized customer files and documentation. Assist with general office organization and light cleaning to maintain a professional appearance. Support the team with administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience is preferred but not required. Experience in the automotive or collision repair industry is a plus.
