Job Description

Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers. If you are a friendly and motivated individual who enjoys helping others, we would love to hear from you. Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience:
    Previous experience in customer service is very beneficial.
  • Communication Skills:
    Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisor.
  • Attention to
Detail:
Ability to accurately track orders and handle special instructions.
  • Basic Computer Skills:
    Comfort with using computers, including touch screen applications and point of sale systems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    Ability to address and resolve customer complaints or issues.
  • Flexibility:
    Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and occasionally at our other location. Job Tasks/ Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high degree of regular and punctual attendance.
  • Greeting Customers:
    Making a positive first impression by welcoming customers as they enter the store.
  • Receiving Items:
    Accepting garments and other items for cleaning, tagging them accurately, and noting any special instructions or stains.
  • Customer Interaction:
    Answering customer questions about services, prices, and cleaning processes. Providing advice on stain removal and fabric care.
  • Handling Transactions:
    Processing payments, whether in cash or by credit card, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Telephone Communication:
    Answering phone calls, and providing information about services, orders, pricing, location, etc.
  • Order Management:
    Keeping track of incoming and outgoing orders to ensure timely and accurate service. Assisting in the completion of orders by bagging and racking.
  • Problem Resolution:
    Addressing customer complaints and working to resolve any issues that arise.
Maintaining Cleanliness:
Ensuring the front and back counters and customer areas are clean and organized.
