This position has the potential to increase annual salary up to 40% with monthly bonuses. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to solve problems with little direction, and quick, accurate, data input, as well as a positive attitude and ability to handle multiple projects/customers at once. Our customer service agents must maintain trusting relationships with our customers, understand our products, and be able to assist our customers in determining the correct item to order for their job's needs. Qualified candidates will meet or exceed the following expectations: Prepare for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and processes Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Educate our customers of new products coming out, current sales, and accessories for products they are ordering Ensure order accuracy from products, to shipping Assist in creating new customer accounts Respond to customer complaints in a fair and timely manner Provide outstanding support through phone, email, ticketing systems, etc. to all customers Assist in training peers Participate in group/team training to further skills Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate parties Skills necessary for this position include: Intermediate computer skills Excellent communication skills Patience Attentiveness Willingness to learn Data entry Organizational Skills Professionalism Creativity Teamwork!
