Duties Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions swiftly and securely Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns with professionalism encouraging additional sales through upselling strategies Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an attractive environment Handle cash, credit card, and partners while adhering to cash handling procedures Assist in stocking shelves and managing inventory levels to support smooth Restsursnt operations Use effective phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing assistance remotely Qualifications Prior cashiering experience in a retail or restaurant setting is preferred Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are highly valued Familiarity with POS systems and retail math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Demonstrated supervisory experience or leadership qualities are a plus for team support roles Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for sales totals and change management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that promotes positive shopping experiences Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels customer satisfaction!
