Job Description

Vivid Vision is hiring an ambitious bilingual Wireless Service Associate to join our team. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this role, as the Wireless Service Associate will work directly with a diverse customer base to provide personalized support, answer questions, and recommend AT&T wireless and internet solutions. As a Wireless Service Associate, you will receive comprehensive training in customer service, sales, and account management while representing AT&T products and services. Our team focuses on building strong customer relationships by serving as a trusted solution provider for wireless and internet needs. Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for a Wireless Service Associate who can deliver customized solutions and provide exceptional service to both English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
Wireless Service Associate Responsibilities:
Communicate with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers to answer questions, explain services, and recommend AT&T products Build strong customer relationships through professional and personalized interactions Assist customers with processing sales requests and account support to help drive company revenue Engage with customers to troubleshoot concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience Provide customized wireless and internet solutions based on customer needs Collaborate with management teams to consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals Identify opportunities to improve customer service and sales strategies Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies when handling customer information
Wireless Service Associate Qualifications:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required Previous experience in sales, account management, customer service, or a related field is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Results-driven, positive attitude, and resilient mindset Genuine interest in the telecommunications industry Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a variety of customer situations
Pay:
$800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
