We handle plumbing, electrical, and HVAC service calls. This role requires someone who can lead a customer conversation, book appointments, and keep a busy schedule organized. What you'll do Answer incoming calls and identify what the customer needs. Explain our service process, handle questions and concerns, and book qualified appointments. Schedule and coordinate technicians across multiple trades. Keep customers informed about arrival times and schedule changes. Record accurate call notes and job details in our dispatch system. Follow up with customers and help resolve scheduling issues. What we're looking for Experience in dispatching, call booking, customer service, or a similar role. Clear, confident communication and a calm approach when calls get difficult. The ability to manage several tasks without losing track of details. Someone who takes ownership of the schedule and follows through. Comfort using computers and learning new software. ServiceTitan experience is a plus. Spanish and English communication skills are a plus. Pay and growth Pay starts at $14-$18 per hour , depending on demonstrated skills and experience. We have clear dispatcher levels, with opportunities to earn more as you develop stronger call booking and dispatch skills. Bonus eligibility applies to advanced levels.
