What You'll Do:

Welcome and greet guests with enthusiasm as soon as they enter the store. Take customer orders accurately in person, over the phone, and online. Help customers with menu recommendations and answer any questions they may have. Process payments using our POS system efficiently and accurately. Ensure every order is correct and meets our quality standards before handing it to the customer. Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and a positive attitude, escalating when necessary. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service counter. Assist with packaging takeout and delivery orders neatly and accurately.

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, positive personality—someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people. Strong communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Reliable team player who's punctual and responsible. Prior customer service or restaurant experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person! Basic familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
