Expectations:

The Customer Service Representative will work hand-in-hand, side-by-side with the Gym Manager and Assistant Gym Manager in order to ensure all daily tasks are completed, correctly and efficiently. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for being a stellar example of professionalism and will have a solid knowledge and understanding of all Best Gymnastics products from Kids, Girls, and Boys Gymnastics, to Tumbling, Team, and Special Events. The Customer Service Representative will consistently strive to futher their knowledge of Best products.

Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative will have daily tasks delegated to them at the Gym Manager's discretion that include, but are not limited to:

To Do List:

Efficiently and effectively completing all Front Desk Tasks daily on ToDoist Consistently track Waiting List and communicate gym needs with the Gym Manager Updating, & editing Customer Profiles, Classes & Events in our gym database (Jackrabbit) . Effectively communicate with customers via phone calls, texts, and email communication. Be responsible for updating clients payment information and processing their payments accurately. Track and report customer needs to Gym Manager Greet customers and give tours of the facility to prospective customers. When available assist full Kids Gymnastics classes on circuits.
