Customer Service Representative

Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Assist customers with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints efficiently Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries, gather feedback, or promote new offerings Enter and update customer data accurately using Microsoft Office tools and specialized software Data entry with precision and attention to detail Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve service strategies, and achieve client satisfaction goals Qualifications Fluency in English Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong data entry skills with high typing speed and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills Industry and Service Titan experience is preferred, but not required Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle outbound calls confidently Demonstrated ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions Honesty, Integrity, and a Good Attitude! Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
