Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to act as the main liaison for key client accounts. You will oversee daily customer inquiries, logistics processes, and invoicing in a fast-paced supply and distribution environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Support:
Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, proactively managing inquiries and maintaining strong relationships. •
Logistics & Admin:
Oversee supply, storage, and distribution workflows. Process invoicing based on rate agreements and maintain organized account files. •
Warehouse Integration:
Frequently visit the warehouse floor to coordinate orders and verify operational alignment. •
Off-Hours Responsibilities:
Contact clients after hours when urgent operational issues arise. •
Safety & Quality:
Follow OSHA standards, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Logistics/administrative background or equivalent higher education. •
Tech Skills:
Proficient in MS Office & Outlook; quick to learn new inventory/CSR systems. •
Core Skills:
Strong English communication, basic math skills, and proven problem-solving ability. •
Schedule & Environment:
Exceptional punctuality, willingness to work flexible/overtime hours, and comfort working in varied warehouse weather conditions.
