Represent our energy client professionally when working with local businesses Build positive relationships with business owners Learn about available energy services and confidently answer customer questions Assist businesses throughout the customer and account process Maintain consistent and professional communication with business customers Follow up with accounts and provide ongoing customer support Work closely with team members and leadership to create a positive customer experience Participate in ongoing training and professional development
