Job Description

Our client, a leading logistics organization, is seeking a Logistics Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Logistics Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the logistics operations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
50+ hours per week. 7AM to 5/6PM What's the Job? Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist with scheduling, tracking, and coordinating shipments. Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and account details. Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred). Customer service experience required, preferably in a logistics or transportation setting. Stable work history with proven reliability. Strong communication and organizational skills.
