Pittsburg Vet Clinic is looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team. We are looking for an friendly, outgoing personality who wants to provide great customer service. The Client Service Representative the first person a client interacts with, and is the person who controls the flow of all clients, patients, and communication in the clinic. We offer a diverse caseload with a lot of collaboration on a variety of medical and emergency cases.

Essential Job Functions:

Welcoming clients and determining the nature of the visit to the hospital Entering clients/patients into practice software program Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, & complete transactions Communicate pertinent information about patient care to clients and answer client questions about basic pet care, products, and procedures Maintain reception area organization and cleanliness Our ideal candidate is someone who has: an exceptional ability to multitask a professional manner and appearance compassion for the animals that we care for on a daily basis previous veterinary/medical front office experience (a plus but not required) Bilingual is a plus
