Duties Manage and process customer orders efficiently using Shopify and other CRM tools, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Communicate proactively with customers via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information Manage customer returns and support Analyze order data to identify trends, improve processes, and support marketing strategies Support financial services functions by verifying billing details and processing payments securely Qualifications Experience in Merchant Services, Credit Card Processing is a plus Proven experience in customer service or order processing Proven Customer Service skills Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate information and actively listen to customer needs Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; familiarity with project management tools is a plus Knowledge of sales processes, account management, and customer relationship management strategies Analytical skills to interpret data, identify opportunities for improvement, and support decision-making Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Experience in marketing or analysis roles is advantageous but not required Join us as an Order Processing/Customer Service Specialist and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering excellence!
