Inside Central Mall Carry Threads is seeking a motivated and creative Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing graphic design team! We are a second chance employer dedicated to providing opportunities for individuals ready to grow, learn, and succeed. Position Overview The ideal candidate will assist customers with design orders, provide excellent service in both English and Spanish, and support production processes including printing and pressing designs on apparel and promotional items. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in English and Spanish Assist customers with placing and customizing graphic design orders Collaborate with clients to understand design needs and preferences Use basic graphic design tools/software to create or modify designs Operate or assist with printing and heat press machines for shirts, hats, and other merchandise Prepare, package, and organize completed orders for pickup or delivery Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and maintain clear communication with customers Maintain organized records of orders and customer information Required Skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) - required Strong customer service and communication skills Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar) Familiarity with or willingness to learn printing/heat press operations Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Why Join Carry Threads?
