In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service while managing transactions at the cash register. Your contributions will help create a welcoming environment for all visitors. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Process transactions accurately using the POS system. Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy. Provide information about attractions and promote upselling opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and gift shop. Respond to customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and courtesy. Assist in managing inventory levels in the gift shop. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or retail environment. Strong retail math skills to handle transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to upsell products effectively to enhance customer experience. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
