We are currently seeking an Entry Level AT&T Customer Representative to support customers by answering questions, explaining AT&T wireless products and services, and helping them through the account setup process. No previous telecommunications experience is required—we provide comprehensive training from day one. Successful candidates often come from backgrounds such as: Retail Sales Restaurants & Hospitality Customer Service Front Office & Reception Banking Call Centers Recent College Graduates Other customer-focused industries As an Entry Level AT&T Customer Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for customers by providing product education, assisting with new accounts, and ensuring every interaction is professional, informative, and customer-focused. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships while developing valuable business and communication skills. Entry Level AT&T Customer Representative Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide information on AT&T wireless products and services. Assist with account setup, upgrades, and customer inquiries. Maintain accurate customer records and account information. Educate customers on available products, promotions, and features. Deliver excellent customer service while building long-term relationships. Collaborate with teammates to provide a seamless customer experience. Entry Level AT&T Customer Representative Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus. Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude. Comfortable learning new products and technology. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
