About Us We are a growing automotive and fleet service automotive collision repair shop committed to delivering top-quality service, repairs, and building lasting relationships with our customers. Our team values professionalism, trust, teamwork, and efficiency — and we're looking for someone who can represent that from the front desk to the shop floor. Role Overview The Jr. Service Writer role responsibility will be writing every estimate that comes through the front door and do their very best to capture the repair. This role requires a strong balance of customer service skills and technical knowledge, ensuring clear communication, accurate estimates, and over the top customer service. Key Responsibilities Write estimates and do the very best to capture the repairs. Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, providing excellent customer service. Write detailed repair estimates and translate customer concerns into clear technician instructions. Assist in scheduling and managing daily workflow. Help dealing with customer concerns Call to schedule new DRP assignments Qualifications Prior experience as a Service Writer, Advisor, is a must. At least 1 year of experience or more in a collision repair facility. Strong ability to explain the repair process and the review of estimates with customers. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking ability. Experience using CCC estimating software is a must Valid driver's license. Positive attitude and team player. Canidate that wants to grow with a growing collision repair facility.
