Receptionist/Cashier Duties:
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business. Processing Payments. Monitors the progress and completion of vehicles in the shop and calls customers as necessary. Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the number of times customers spend on hold.
Qualifications:
Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Excellent Customer Service skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets is a plus. Ability to work effectively with customers and employees while handling multiple tasks.
