Position Summary Jackson's Ladies Fashions is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Associate to provide exceptional service to customers while assisting with daily store operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is passionate about helping customers find merchandise that meets their needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner.

Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and purchases.

Operate cash register and process sales transactions accurately.

Answer customer questions and resolve concerns courteously.

Maintain attractive merchandise displays and store appearance.

Restock merchandise and organize inventory as needed.

Assist with receiving and pricing merchandise.

Promote store sales, specials, and loyalty programs.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.

Work collaboratively with management and fellow team members.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic math and cash-handling abilities.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance.
