$17.50 - $28.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service-related inquiries Provide clear and accurate information about company services and processes Handle incoming customer inquiries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner Help customers navigate routine service requests and account-related questions Maintain organized records of customer interactions, requests, and transactions Follow up on customer requests to help ensure timely and effective resolutions

Requirements:

Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service or related experience is a plus but not required Strong communication and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
