Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do:

Answer incoming office phone calls and direct inquiries professionally Welcome and assist walk-in showroom clients Help clients select stone colors and materials for their projects Learn to prepare and provide quotes for retail client countertop jobs Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and presentation Provide excellent follow-up and customer service Support team members with administrative and operational tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, confident communicator Strong customer service mindset Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Ability to multitask and stay professional in a busy environment Sales, retail, or showroom experience preferred (but not required)
